Refunds & Exchanges
Sales are final unless there is damage or problem with the order. Cancellations must be done on the day of ordering, or will not be cancelled once they are shipped. I do my best to ensure listings are accurate and ensure that every product is in good condition before shipping, therefore I am not responsible for the damages that may occur during shipping. However, your satisfaction is very important to me so please contact me if there are any problems with your order. For damages, please take a photo and message me.
Shipping
* As of April 2026, we only ship to Canada and the US.
* Please double-check your address when you check-out! *
For shipping within Canada:
Local: 3-4 days
Within Province: 4-6 days
(Newfoundland, Yukon Territories, Some parts of BC - 8-14 days)
National: 4-6 days
(Please note that smaller towns/areas not easily accessible by major transportation will take longer).
For shipping to the U.S: 1-2 weeks (7-14 business days)
For other international destinations: 4-6 weeks, please allow time for customs inspection
These are approximate times only and may differ depending on other factors such as holidays, weather, etc. Please only contact me about a lost order after the approximate wait period.
International Orders: Please note that once the item has left Canada, it will be transferred to your country's post office and therefore, I cannot control the shipping times. Custom fees may apply on items over $20, it is the buyer's duty to pay any applicable fees.
Please note that due to screen lighting, the actual color of the items may differ slightly.
FAQ
MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE PACKAGE YET!
Please don't panic, this happens more often than you think!
- Check with the post office to make sure the package was dropped off. Sometimes, tracking numbers can update before actual delivery.
- Check with neighbors to make sure that the package was not delivered to the wrong house.
- If you live with roommates/other family members, check to see that they didn't take your package by accident.
- Wait a couple of days and check again, sometimes tracking can show "Delivered" before it actually gets to the destination.
Please note that once a package says delivered, there is no way for me to verify its whereabouts except the online tracking.

WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE BY ____ DATE?
I cannot guarantee the arrival of your order, that all depends on customs. However, I do my best to ship the orders ASAP so that you can get your orders in time. Please note that sometimes international orders take longer to process at customs (as long as up to 4 weeks) so I encourage you to leave a generous amount of time between your expected arrival date and order date. :)
